PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
There is no question that high quality and creative professional photos are necessary to properly market a home. We take this very seriously, so we hire the best real estate photographers and videographers to showcase your property. NAR says that 89% of buyers find photos to be among the most important feature of a listing. We take about 100 photos, do a video walk through of the home (slide shows are outdated), and in some cases bring in a drone. The statistics behind video marketing are astounding, focused on number of views, purchases made, and shares. In real estate, this also means selling faster and for a higher price point.
